Senior DevOps Engineer

AmaliTech Ghana Ltd. seeks an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our growing team. You will be working on advanced infrastructure solutions, focusing on our CI/CD as well as all automation-related tasks. You will work with CircleCI, Helm, Terraform and all other cutting-edge technologies.

• Automate everything that needs Automation Infrastructure and Cloud Engineering, IaC architecture & development
• Software development Lifecycle automation & support: ci/cd pipelines, operators
• Develop and maintain infrastructure services such as apigw, proxies, IDP’s, and other
• Scaling, Availability, Recovery, Resilience, Security automation
• Incident resolution, including on-call duties.

Qualified candidates should have the following:

• 5+ years of DevOps engineering
• A graduate from an accredited university

We also expect you to have relevant knowledge and experience in the following areas, technologies, and tools:

Pipeline and containers

• CI/CD
• GitLab CI
• Kubernetes (K8s)
• Sonar
• Maven
• Docker

Infrastructure and Cloud Engineering

• AWS (EKS, Elastic Search etc)
• API gateways (e.g. Kong)
• HTTP proxies (e.g. NGINX, Proxies, HAProxy)
• Messaging & event-driven architecture tools (e.g. Kafka, AMQP, Redis)

Security and monitoring:

• Observability and metrics tools (e.g. Grafana, Kibana, Prometheus)
• Secret management (e.g. Vault)
• Log management (e.g. Loki, Jaeger, Splunk)
• Identity & Access Management (e.g. IAM, RHSSO, Keycloak, Azure AD/Entra, ADFS)
